By accessing or using I’m Going Now, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The service

I’m Going Now helps someone already going to a store, restaurant or other destination collect pickup requests through a shared link. Participants can request items without an account. The runner can review requests, mark items picked up, close the list and complete the run.

We provide coordination tools. We do not sell the requested goods, employ or direct runners, perform the errand, guarantee availability or delivery, or become a party to an agreement between users.

Your responsibility

Runners and participants are responsible for agreeing on requested items, substitutions, costs, pickup arrangements and reimbursement. Check information before relying on it. Do not incur a cost on another person’s behalf without their agreement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Treat other users respectfully
• Meet in appropriate public locations
• Follow applicable laws and traffic rules
• Avoid posting private or sensitive location information
• Use proper judgment before meeting someone you do not know
• Stop participating if conditions feel unsafe

Settle This

Settle This records amounts and confirmations for reimbursement of physical purchases. Optional thank-you amounts are chosen by the participant. Payments are third-party handoffs to Venmo, Cash App or PayPal.

I’m Going Now does not process, collect, hold, route or receive reimbursement payments and receives no percentage. Reimbursement never unlocks digital functionality or content. A marked-paid status records a user confirmation, not proof that a provider completed payment.

Check the recipient and amount in the payment service before sending money. The selected provider’s terms apply. Resolve purchase, delivery, substitution and reimbursement questions directly with the people or merchant involved. Follow merchant rules and age restrictions for goods.

Free access and Premium

The service includes a free experience. Optional Premium benefits, price, billing period and offers are shown before purchase. Premium removes Google ads and house ads for the signed-in Premium account; it does not remove ads for other participants on their own free accounts.

Website purchases use Stripe. Where purchasing is offered through an app store, that store’s rules apply. Recurring plans renew as disclosed at checkout unless cancelled. Manage website plans through account billing and store plans through the store where purchased. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access through the paid period shown, subject to refunds or other provider adjustments.

Use the same account across supported devices. Purchase verification or restoration may be needed. Refund requests follow the purchase provider’s rules and applicable law. Settle This reimbursements are separate from Premium purchases.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use I’m Going Now to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk or impersonate another person
• Post misleading, fraudulent or unsafe requests
• Promote illegal conduct
• Share another person’s private information without permission
• Distribute spam, malware or unauthorized advertising
• Interfere with the service or attempt to access another user’s account
• Exploit or endanger a minor

We may remove content, limit access or suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give I’m Going Now a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display and use that content as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you post.

Advertising and third-party services

The service may contain advertisements and links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse those third parties and are not responsible for their products, content, privacy practices or actions.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC disclaims warranties regarding the service and is not responsible for injuries, losses, disputes or damages arising from user-arranged purchases, errands, reimbursements or interactions. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms, with the revised date shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Deleting an account does not itself cancel subscriptions managed by an external app store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
