Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

I’m Going Now is operated by Frankly, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled. The service helps someone already going to a store, restaurant or other destination collect pickup requests through a shared link.

Website analytics

This public website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page visits and selected actions, such as app-store and contact-link clicks. We do not send form contents, email addresses, or personal app content as analytics events. Website analytics is separate from activity inside our mobile apps.

Information we collect

When you use I’m Going Now, we may collect:

Shared links and guest requests

People with a run link can see its public details, including the runner’s first name, destination and information the runner shares. Link previews may show the first name and destination. Other participants’ private order text is not included in a public link preview or guest request list. The runner can see requests for their run.

A guest browser receives a session cookie to return to its own request. We store a hash of the secret token. Clearing cookies, switching browsers or session expiration can remove this access. Do not include sensitive information you do not want the recipient to receive.

We do not track exercise, distance or pace, request precise GPS location for nearby discovery, or provide a public directory of nearby errands. A destination is information entered by a user.

Settle This and Premium purchases

Settle This helps participants reimburse a runner for physical purchases. It opens Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. I’m Going Now does not process, collect, hold, route or receive these payments and receives no percentage. Reimbursement does not unlock digital content or functionality. A marked-paid status is a user confirmation, not payment-provider verification.

Website Premium purchases are handled by Stripe. Where app-store purchasing is offered, the store and purchase-verification provider handle purchase and entitlement information under their own policies.

Advertising

Free experiences may show Google ads and house ads promoting our own or partner products. Enabled website advertising uses Google AdSense; enabled native Google advertising uses AdMob. Google and other advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this website and other websites. This may involve browser or device identifiers, approximate location and ad interactions. Premium removes both Google ads and house ads for the signed-in Premium viewer.

Where applicable, Google’s consent message lets you consent, decline or manage advertising choices. When that message is available, use the website’s Privacy and cookie settings link or the app’s Ad privacy choices to revisit your choice. You can also manage personalized Google advertising in Google My Ad Center or opt out of participating third-party advertising cookies through YourAdChoices. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Browser cookie controls provide additional choices. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads.

How we use information

We use information to:

Product analytics measure actions such as run creation and request submission. Event properties are designed to exclude private order text and free-text destinations.

Sharing information

Supabase provides authentication, database storage and realtime updates. Vercel hosts our website and API. Resend delivers service emails. Google and Microsoft provide identity information when you choose their sign-in options. Stripe handles website billing. Enabled app-store purchasing and Google advertising use their respective providers. We share information needed to deliver these functions.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a sale or sharing under applicable privacy laws. Where applicable, the advertising privacy message lets you opt out. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, security, communications and advertising providers.

Information you post publicly or share with other participants may be viewed, saved or shared by those users.

Data retention and deletion

Guest sessions expire after 30 days. Daily cleanup removes anonymous requests on finished runs after 90 days. Registered request history remains until applicable account or run deletion. Detailed analytics, ad impressions and activity notifications are retained for up to 180 days; error and finished notification-delivery records for 30 days; and rate-limit records for one day. Daily cleanup is not instantaneous at the age threshold. You can use Delete Your Account or request deletion by contacting us at support@imgoingnow.com.

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes. Backup copies and records held by independent payment providers may follow separate retention schedules.

Children

I’m Going Now is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 should participate only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
